MMDA extends coding scheme to 8 p.m. and will have 'No Window' hours.

MMDA Coding Scheme



Starting this November 1, the Metro Manila Council together with Metro Manila Development Authority will implement an extended hour for coding scheme from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. 

Addition to that, there will be "No Window' hours for the scheme. It means that the ban will take without a break for the specified hours. Previously, vehicles banned during the day are allowed to run on certain hours.

The affected Metro Manila roads for the “no window hours” policy are as follows:

C1: CM Recto Avenue
C2: Pres. Quirino Avenue
C3: Araneta Avenue
C4: EDSA
C5: C.P. Garcia Avenue
C6: Bulacan-Rizal-Manila-Cavite Regional Expressway
R1: Roxas Blvd.
R2: Taft Avenue
R3: SLEX
R4: Shaw Blvd.
R5: Ortigas Avenue
R6: Magsaysay Blvd./Aurora Blvd.
R7: Quezon Avenue/Commonweath Avenue
R8: A. Bonifacio Avenue
R9: Rizal Avenue
R10: Del Pan/Marcos Highway/MacArthur Highway
