Food Review: Mad Mark's Creamery and Good Eats

Spunky Hotlanta

This hot dish is just perfect for this cold season. Spunky Hotlanta is indeed very spicy, but very delicious. The sweetness of their secret sauce gives balance to your taste buds. The vegetable rice and buttered corn and carrots are just perfect for this dish.

Luau Poke

This salad is so fresh and you can’t get enough of it. The combination of fresh salmon, nori, and salad dressing is very refreshing. The serving of this salad is big, so if you are on a diet, this salad is just enough to fill your craving and your tummy.

Jhonny Double Black Ribs

This scrumptious rib dish is to die for. The barbeque sauce of this dish is a bit sweet and a little bit spicy, just enough to give your mouth a thrill. This dish is so delicious you won’t mind holding it with your hands. The side dishes are perfectly cooked also. It is well blended with the Jhonny Double Black ribs.

Madagascar Vanilla Bean & Sumatra Arabica

Your experience with Mad Mark’s Creamery and Eats will not be complete, if you have not tried their homemade ice cream. We ordered the Madagascar Vanilla Bean and the Sumatra Arabica (Coffee Ice Cream).

The Madagascar Vanilla Bean is not like any other commercialized vanilla ice cream. This one is more creamier and milkier and with the authentic flavor of the vanilla is just heaven!

The Sumatra Arabica is also great. As you take a scoop of this ice cream, you can instantly smell the aroma of the coffee. We liked how the Mad Mark’s made this ice cream because they add a bit of ground coffee to give that slight bitterness from the coffee. The sweetness and creaminess of the ice cream balance the taste of the coffee.
